Activity Description | -Guests are greeted at the site of the Disi Women Cooperative or at a location overlooking the mountains of Rum. The visitors will watch sunset in the desert. -The experience will start by preparing the dough from local wheat flour and baking it over wood fire. -Then, guests will be trained on how to shape and bake the dough. -Tea will be offered with the bread during the tasting. |
